Sophie no longer has a mullet!!! My sister Kristen suggested cutting her hair to make it look thicker. I was going to have Kristen cut it for me, but it was too tempting to do it myself right away. I took some dull scissors (all I had) and did the job. It's pretty choppy so I think I'll have Kristen clean it up. It made the biggest difference to Sophie's hair. It looks so much better! Thanks for the tip Kristen.
