This afternoon me, my Mom, Cooper and Sophie decided to ride the new Front Runner (did you ever go Becca? - What did you think?) We cruised to the Farmington Station and got on the northbound train. It was so crazy crowded. We had to stand so the people sitting had to stare at our tushies the whole time. Stupid me was in such a hurry to leave that I forgot my camera. My mom and I were talking about forgetting it when a really creepy guy pulled out a camera in a box out of his jacket and said, "hey you guys need a camera? Only $50.00." Um weird. We only made it to Clearfield and decided to cruise back. We were rebels. :) It was a very smooth ride that cruised to 79 MPH but only seemed like we were going 20. All in all Cooper and Sophie had a good time and my Mom and I got to people watch - fun times!
My Mom just emailed me these pictures she took on her camera phone. Thanks Mom!

Thanks for the invitation...just this morning mom called me to see if I had rode the train yet. I had told her no, but that I wanted to! Whatever....I'm totally pissed! :) Just kidding, I'm not really, but glad you guys had a good time.
Yes, that is very creepy about the camera guy.
Hey you were still in school...mmmkay
How was mom out of school, but not me? We get out at the same time!
Aly
We talked about going up to your school, but figured you would be gone. How could you go with us when you were in Clinton and we were in Farmington?
Plus don't you travel with Miriam to and from school!
That's kind of like... hey I have puppies & candy in my van.. come see? Was he luring you towards him? eew sick.
That's cool you went on the front runner... we didn't even talk about it when I saw you. That is weird.
I think this is so cool! I'm excited to go someday. My Aunt and Grandma were on there today too.
So, did you buy the camera?
I can't wait to ride it, but I hate crowds so I will wait until after the freebies. Were the kids so excited? They got to ride on a train! I rode a train from Washinton state to Idaho when I was Coopers age. I just remember it was long.
Wheres is the train that will bring you all out her to Tooele???
That sounded like a fun trip. I am with Dellena and not a fan of crowds. Darling photo of Cooper!
Aly if it makes you feel any better they didnt call and invite me either! ;)
I'm so excited Front Runner is finally done! I've been dying for Andy to ride it into work...but he hasn't yet. I was going to take my kids yesterday, but heard it has been crazy crowded. So, we will wait till it settles down a bit. I bet Cooper LOVED it! What a fun little adventure:)
That is exciting. I was racing it the other day on the freeway and clocked it at over 80 mph. They must have been testing it. It looks like fun. James loves to watch it go by. Good job for being so brave and having fun!
Hey Kara -
We never made it to the train but did make it safely to Rangely - just as fun! hee hee
Did you have a driver that looked like Jack Nicholsen from the Shining???? Thats my uncle!!! ha ha ha He is great!
