Lemonade diet


I woke up this morning ready to start a 10 day body cleansing diet. You start off by drinking a quart of sea salt water, then you drink a lemon mixture (water, fresh lemons, pure maple syrup, and cayenne pepper) throughout the whole day.
You are supposed to do this for 10 straight days.....I lasted 5 hours :( The sea salt water alone about made me throw up and I thought the lemon mixture would be better, but no go. It was too gross to even make it one day.
Oh well..........

Oh Kara! You should have talked to me about this! I tried it. I lasted a whopping 2 days. I was SOOOOOO sick the whole time and absolutely starving!

I have known people that have had really bad experiences with this diet as well.

Id still do it if it worked and didnt make me throw up though:)

I have thought about doing this also, but I don't think I could hack it. I love food too much and I need all the energy I can get these days!

This diet never crossed my mind--I think people that do it must be crazy. Thank heavens you didn't last because I know you aren't crazy.

What am I talking about????

Just eat less and exercise more--it does the trick. (Not that I can do it)

Dang, I wanted to do the cleanse...but now I dont' know.

My sister in law did it for 5 days and she said she liked the lemonade stuff. But it doesn't sound very good.

I have heard of that diet...but don't think I would last long on it either...YUCK! Probably not the best for you body anways!?!?!
